python new test framework is required. updated in this fork
The behavior for
key = -1, 0, 1
is not clear. Python does not test these numbers. Ruby tests-1
and expectsshift = 1
(most likely, it is a mistake).Python new test framework should be used (Refer this & this for more detail)
