I'd advise testing against an uppercase to make the tests more robust and making slightly more difficult as well as testing a random to prevent hardcoding the solution :)

Missing definition for vowels, at my country is "aeiouy", somwhere else it's "aeiou" only.
Specify if you want convert lowercase only.

Pretty much a duplicate of this one.
Replacing vowel with vogal does achieve one thing. It makes this kata unique. Which it rather wasn't before.
But WTF is a vogal? I thought I knew English. Then again, even Google doesn't know vogals. :S
Vogal is Voile's sister.
Google does know though... Vogal é todo fonema em cuja emissão o ar passa livremente pela boca (ou também pelo nariz), sem obstrução. But, yes, it doesn't do anything here.
