Description:
If you want to master a foreign language, you have to learn how to spell the days of the week.
You want to write a method that will translate an English day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc) into French or German.
Inputs for the days of week should be in English.
Only "French" and "German" are legal inputs for the language.
The method will return an uppercase translation.
When an input is incorrect, an IllegalArgumentException will be thrown.
Example: DayOfWeekTranslationKata.translate("Monday", "French") -> LUNDI
