how does 7s equal O? How do i know what cards spell Joker?
That's just 'random' encoding. 7s will always equal 'O', just like the other letters in the description.
(JS)Description and test cases are inconsistent. We may be passed somethings that are not possible decks of cards. One just needs to check that the input string includes all the substrings of the Jocker cards.
