Fun!
This was definitely fun, but I wouldn't call it simple. :)
Should be fun in polar coordinates as well :]
The coord system is very confusing, you'd better mark all points with their coord in the first image and make it clear in the desc Like The point 1 unit away from
0,0
is-1,0
or-1,1
? The point 7 unit away from0,0
is-2,1
or-2,2
? ... Is it 6 unit away from0,0
a point or not? ...I will happily admit I took to pencil and paper and manually unskewed the coordinate system.
But it's not that hard that way. .. Yes, the point 6 unit away from
0,0
is a point, and it's splat on the y-axis. It's0,1
.It might help if you drew a grid on one of the pictures Myjinxin.
Then what's the coord of the point 9 unit away from
0,0
?Oh i got it... The desc is really damming misleading.
Modified the description:
Updated all the images, using blue lines to represent the road, using red dots to represent the points, and using black color to represent x axis and y axis.
Reworded
The distance from every two adjacent points in the navigation map is 1 unit.
to
The distance from every two adjacent points on the road is 1 unit.
OK?
