The description is very unclear. I had to guess what you meant by 'order of insertion' and 'every next item'. There are also no instructions of what to do when the function is called with no arguments.

Nobody is going to want to read that description; it's full of typos, invalid punctuation, and is an unsegmented block of text. Look into learning some markdown and use a spell-checker for your descriptions.
tha kata is totally bugged. The language isn't even selectable. You'll need to unpublish it.
