getContents()andgetCapacity()are a typical example of getter/setter misuse, and add nothing to the task.if you don't explain what to do indstead, this issue is useless.
It's not clear whether ensuring this is a part of the task, or the tests guarantee this fact.
It's not explained how the constructor should work.
