Description:
this is a seemingly simple kata, but it's actually harder than it seems.
your task: given a decimal, multiply it by 10 until it is an int.
ex:
1.38 -> 138
2.474 -> 2474
.0039 -> 39
4.442 -> 4442
this may seem easy, but floating point math inaccuracies actually make it kind of hard! good luck!
