This kata frustrated many people due to the absence of hints, so I re-wrote the description to include a backstory. Hopefully the kata is better that way.
Why this kata 'frustrates' is that the description's too suggestive that there's some very specific piece of code requiring all allowed characters rather than more generic solution.

it's very hard to give a hint for this puzzle without giving away too much ... this title is one.
i understand that some people find this kata frustrating, but i do not have an idea of how to present it differently for now. i will think about it
