Some test cases expect trailing zeroes to be stripped, which is precisely not a money string.
FYI, when you work with money, you typically leave a trailing zero in the decimal. In other words, you shouldn't make a test related to parsing money and not follow the common sense formatting rules for money.
a bit overkill...
Besides having to work with integers larger than 53 bit, I don't see the real work application for this test.
