Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.

Have a read of this: https://github.com/Codewars/codewars.com/wiki/Tutorial:-Create-Your-First-Kata

I've checked that my kata isn't a duplicate, and I think It's a ok kata. Can you give any feedback to improve the my makings of katas?

Duplicates means the same task as other katas.
You can't just make a new kata each time. If it gets retired, then it means that either it is a duplicate or a bad kata etc. Your previous kata got retired and this one will too.
