You must be a genius... it took me a whole day to find a fast way to get the result and still you offer easier solutions :-D
I did the kata in "Java" and at the beginning I only read the general Instruction and the hint for "Java" and had no clue that you expect fractions (that information is listed as hint for other languages)... maybe you could change the description so that dummies like me manage to understand your description straight away ;-)

Sorry, my submission times out constantly. I will post further details, once I can run the test again. I did the Java Version.

I may not be skilled enough to solve the task, but just to be sure: Please check Test8, because I got a lot of question marks that would not return the correct sentence even if I accepted "i?" as a prefix and calculated the shift from it... or am I wrong in thinking that ???? would have to return the same letter 4 times? my Code passed the other tests.
