Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

I ended up getting almost identical solution in my first try. Feeling super happy, though I believe this can be further optimized like handling case when n=1 and using more optimal structures like heapq.
It was a nice question. I was able to avoid the actual queue data structure (my brute force), and I just needed an array to represent the total queue time for each queue.
Oops, pretty bad solution. Brute forced it.
