it's taking 19-20 seconds to test the answers, why is it so slow?

thanks @kazk, it makes sense now, I was not checking the length of the string, I've fixed it.

yeah @maxStarkman == @Anvar Turobov, codewars kept logging me off in the middle of sumbitting a solution, thought would give it a go with another account.

Of course it could be better, this is my first Kata, and I am open to suggestions on making it better ;)

Thanks for the input, the whole point of this kata is floating points, have a look at the slution I have posted, it passes all the tests and is accurate.
