Some tests which are not attempted don't have a description, and i didn't know what kind of issue i need to solve/ It gripes my balls!
Does 'maketrans' method work only with the ascii table? isn't it more convenient to use 'dict' instead converting to ascii?

Should i leave an original sequence of names which last names mentioned more then 2 times in list?
