Need some hint

How all the student having same amount is taken.I'm getting wrong output everytime.BTW I'm multiplying the first three arguments with their respective fives,tens and twenties.

How can this be 'all' .Here all the values are different Its 10 fives,20 Tens and second student its 30 tens.So the money is not the same for both the people how they both have same money.Please help.Thank You.
