Kata is not broken, and your tests in your personal machine are wrong or incomplete. It's not a kata issue.

This kata has been completed over 9000 times in cpp. The likelihood of it being broken and you being the first to notice is very, very small. It's much more likely that your solution is incorrect, but I can't confirm this as I don't have access to your code. I'll leave the issue open and let someone else handle it.
