A couple of reasons:

• It's not my kata.
• It must be reviewed, not simply copied/pasted. In fact author's reference solution timed out with the new tests, so fine tuning is indeed required.

askurandrio's suggested a new js testing suite some posts below. There are two ways of adding tests, editing the kata directly or forking it (the second one is preferred, because it can be scrutinized by more people).

It's not even cheating, just bad tests. Get used to it.

This isn't a valid issue, and please be respectful to other codewarriors.

Please mark your post as having spoiler content next time. And if the tests are (or were) flimsy, it's not that user's fault. I've seen his full code now, and he handled two tests that way, is that allowed? Yes.
