My only thought is to provide a bit of reasoning in the example input/output.

Example:
least_larger( [4, 1, 3, 5, 6], 0 ) -> 3
Reasoning: 3 is the index of the lesser out of the values (5 & 6) greater than the value at the provided index (4).
