I changed most languages to generate random years in range 1600-4000. I decided not to go with proleptic Gregorian calendar because I am not really sure how different languages and different APIs handle dates from before introduction of Gregorian calendar, and finding this information is not always easy.

Languages which still need an update are:

• COBOL,
• Kotlin,
• PHP,
• Rust.

I will resolve this issue after updating the remainign languages.
