Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

I didn't understand the explanation of this kata. Sure, I got the story, but I didn't (maybe couldn't) fathom the code explanation of the task from the pirate story. I couldn't associate code to the story to then create a solution. Maybe for an 8kyu more code structure with the story would be helpful.
Once again, something that works in Brackets doesn't work here. I'm confused by that. Does anyone have a suggestion. Thank you.

me too. Did you ever figure it our?
It may be but my limited experience has me thinking sort and I can't see a construct to do that.
I am struggling with this simple task. I have created the database object but I am stumped by the "write a function that takes a parameter and returns a greeting". I understand that I must use greet(french) to get the bienvenue, is it as simple as a console.log()? I tried in Brackets and of course I didn't get anywhere. I don't seem to have a clue, is it so simple that I am looking past the solution? Thanks.
