Proper rounding boundary should be tested, since colors range are
0-15and0-255while hex range size is16and256. For example, this solution should not pass.As far as I know, these values (in this format typically used in the web) normally use a non-linear colorspace, so these percentages are incorrect.
the solution set-up contains the boilerplate comments regarding the 'two oldest ages' kata, this should be removed
