If 36100 roots is 190, and in a array exist 19, why must be true as the root,
the test output says: true statement expected obtained false
even so, catch the divisions of pows of 10 and obtain the true statement desired,
now the test output: says false statement expected obtaind true
its important to mention is only in basic test, the random test is ok as well.

Maybe i dont understand the drafting, but how to test fail it makes me peculiar.
