I wouldn't call myself lazy. I purposefully left out the formula for someone to figure that out themselves... The problem came in when a moderator down-rated it to 8 kyu without changing anything in the description.

I believe your answer finds the radius of the inscribed circle. The problem wants you to find the diameter i.e. 2*r

Hi, I looked through the pages you posted. It seemed that the first one was about the area for a polygon and the second one was for an outside circle. The problem however is about an inside circle.

Tip: The problem is more geometry than programming.

I however, feel that this problem is more difficult than what it was ranked. I think it is more of a 6 kyu.

I made it a 4 kyu because deriving the formula isn't that simple, but they changed it to 8 kyu in the beta process. I don't know how to change the ranking anymore. Deriving the formula was the challenge I was trying to put forth.
