I'm particulary new to these kind of questions, infact have never solved any of this kind. What's the thinking process to solve these kind of questions? (A little bit confussing?)
Let me clarify what I mean, For example:
My pattern printing problems normally revolves around nested loops.
You are not supposed to truncate the leading zeroes from the return string (in order to show two digits after decimal point), this means that you need to return "2.4" as "2.40"

You could also mention the limits as (0,9] or [1,9]

Actually the thing is that, testcases are written like that. It has nothing to do with VS or any compiler.
