It's worth as You see - there's no simple legacy method.

I've implemented a regex api in my java code improving readability - what's with performance - IMO only wise programmer would judge that.

Now i can see i could nest the second while in the first - which would improve performance a little bit (impacting readability?).

What's Your opinion about that?

Me also, but such knowledege should be acheved by different habbite like a reading APIdoc.
In this case it would be wise to read about Strings and similar (again and again?), what i didn't do yet .. really :(
