Triple number meaning 3 digits of the same number, e.g 555, 111 etc etc. Double meaning two of the same number e.g 55, 11. 3 and 2 are single numbers.

The description is not clear enough about how can the triple ou double number show up in the number and the example for the description is blank. Also, in the test cases, there is a 3 in num1 and a 2 in num2 but the expected output is 0, although 3 and 2 make triple and double of 1.
