Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.

There's nothing novel or interesting about any of the functions we're supposed to implement, and the whole thing looks like a low-effort attempt to combine a bunch of random existing katas into a single task.
Pick any word besides
"KAYAK"
(or"CAULK"
) and compute the pattern which the word"SHAKE"
would produce - not a single one of them will be equal to"--YY-"
.You can't ask for other people to give away the solution, you know? The task is to guess what the next
Math::random
call is going to return - how this can be done is for you figure out.Trivial map/filter/reduce and simple bit manipulations are not novel kata ideas.
C# 10 should be enabled.
This kata is broken in C# 10. Looking through the list of submitted solutions I found only 2 approaches that everybody used:
game.Guess
will be called even though the description doesn't provide any guarantees about thisEither the description should be changed to make the second approach a legitimate solution, or this kata should be retired.
