I'm not sure how to rate this kata. I'm not positive it isn't a duplicate.
If it isn't, the description does a good job of trying to explain what needs to happen for beginners, which is A Good Thing™, but sets the ranking at Absolute Beginner.
This is not tested. The solution function is referenced as
counter
, but the function that returns can be anonymous.You may have intended "Define the founction
