Unfortunately there is no sense to refactor translation, because author won't accept this.
But in thanks to your review i'll do this.
Final and sample tests are swapped.Fixed.
The random number generator isn't seeded correctly.Fixed and also fixed that numbers were generated in range from 0 to 100, now it's from 0 to 1000. But i don't remember, maybe, i did generation from 0 to 100 specially.
