I don't understand the quartile definition used. In the example, why 1.25 is the first-quarter point and 6.75 is the three-quarter point?

I passed the exercise, but had to create alternative function to avoid putting a whitespace at the end. Do you know the reason why using pop_back or erase trigger an error? I tried in VS code and it didn't happen.
