So why is it not just

def above_two(arg): return True

because anything less than 2 and it return true,
anything greater or equal it still returns true

...

all of the characters are either 0-9, a-z, A-Z, +, or !.

Please enumerate those in the correct order, so A-Z before a-z

no random tests
