What if length will be set to zero on purpose? It will return array sorted to the end, but should return unsorted
He uses true division insted of integer division. So in '2 1 1' combination will be
blocks.count(2) / 2 == 0.5
blocks.count(1) / 4 == 0.5
And in sum it will count as one whole row
If length is greater it automatically means that number itself is greater too, so sorting by 1's and number it's enough
