No, you don't get banned for it. And mods don't delete them. All you get is a little warning. ;)

You can't delete it, could you try editing it? Don't worry about being banned for this, you're not the first posting code and you've acknowledged it was a mistake.

And don't post your code in discourse, it's forbidden.
