Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
Sorry, it's my mistake, I meant not
<code>
tag, but<pre>
tag.To be used like this:
System.out.println("<pre>" + resultTest + "</pre>");
What exactly are we wrapping in
code
tags? For example:These issues with "null" showing up in the most unexpected places of a result are very annoying... Although I guess that is an issue with the CodeWars site as opposed to the kata.
If you need to know what input your code is given, you may print the input in your code. :)
As CodeWars "Terminal" where the code is run is HTML, I recommend wrapping the information being printed in
<pre>
tags.And, by the way, I would say recursion is extreme overkill for this kata. :)
I coded a solution in Java. (It's recursive) The basic test works but when i try to submit it i get:
testMoreComplexTests(MorseCodeDecoderTest)
Expected: is "E" but: was "nullE"
Since i have no idea what kind of input my code is given. I have no idea what isn't working.
