I don't really understand why this has the debugging tag. I was expecting code to already be written that was being debugged, not writing the code from scratch.

Not that it was difficult, just felt misleading and inconsistent with other kata's I've done with the same tag.

This list isn't quite accurate. In the US the Ground floor is the same as the 1st floor. My understanding is that in the European method, the number represents how many levels above ground it is. So 1st floor in EU (1 floor above ground level) would be the 2nd floor in US. I think if you moved the G to the EU side and shifted everything accordingly, that would work.
