Many thanks for your feedback; however, the approved rank of this Kata is determined by the Moderator approving it and not the Kata author (i.e. me) so unfortunately I can do nothing about it.

actually author don't have rights to change level of kata, Katas are approved on average ratings from people who have solved it before it's approved. FYI, i don't see this kata jumping 7kyu rating :)
