fixed for Python, C#, Java.
Needs better random tests structure in all languages.

Your code fails 5th rule, when the word has different consonants:
But that's not tested in fixed tests, so, it's tested randomly. The language you used was javascript, wasn't it?
My program sometimes passes the tests and sometimes not, but the code is the same. Is this a problem with the test cases?
Testing needs to allow for fuzzy equality checking due to floating point errors.
