Do you think the message "1" or even "101" can be decoded? I think these are erroneous lines. The assignment says that a person can read, but what is obtained as a result of this cannot be read by a person. It's not even a bunch of noise, it's clearly not a real transmission line. It can and should be ignored, not decoded. The task is not correct.
