Wow, thanks rsalgado :) regex is one of those things I just keep solving in another way and that kata pushed me into a pretty deep dive. Failed to find the simple solution (Even though I knew there must be one) but managed to devise a clunky solution that works. Super useful being able to see how I should have done it now that its done. Bravo!

I agree. That and I_am_a-PrOgRaMmEr..... Lots of the clever solutions to this do not account for out of place capitals in the original string.
