Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Interesting thought...
Good thought, could be based on a minimum threshold honor. Or even weight their upvotes a lot more.
Sorry to say it's not on the immediate timeline. Unless you want to champion writing test framework support...
This is great. Well thought out and would really help. While we don't have the bandwidth at moment, would be great to keep the conversation going... and have you help us moderate, interested? Let me know, nathan@codewars.com.
Very much so, we've been really wanting to include benchmarking, it just turned into a much larger feature than we initially thought, especially when you take into account trying to maintain accuracy and results fluctuation based on resources.
Both of these are solid suggestions. Hint's has been something in perspective for a while, just requires a decent amount of work, especially on the side of updating all the content with info. @Skrewtape, great points on kata creation guidelines, that's much more immediately actionable.
Well done Ivana - we need people like you to continue creating kata. Though there also needs to be challengers worthy of taking them in the community, feel free to share your newly created kata with any friends to get more action on them!
Right now it's not on the immediate timeline, though once we get a breather we'll be able to reassess.
Would be great to support Scala, unfortunately right now it's beyond our band width, though it is on the roadmap. Right now the main to-do to get another language up is integrating test framework support - email me if you're really motivated and want to champion that: nathan@codewars.com
I am a Scala developer who would LOVE! to see that fine functional language brought aboard the CodeWars ship. To that end, if there is any work that needs to be done, please let me know!
Any dates on ES2015 (ES6) support for JS?
