Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

A 32 bit number is a base 10 number, simply with a maximum value of 32 bits. Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/32-bit#Range_for_storing_integers , hopefully that clears things up.
I have not been exposed to using ip addresses and converting them to 32 bit numbers. I can convert binary numbers to base ten, but I do not understand where the 32 bit number comes from. Can someone explain? This is with Python.
