After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Some things seem a bit odd:

value is always halved, but your solution only halves it sometimesI originally had my solution with rounding and the limits as per the kata description, but it was always failing. So I removed the rounding, changed the triangle limit to the wrong one and now it passes the tests.
I think something is wrong with the kata, but I don't really understanding what's going on, so I'll raise this as a question.
