I don't understand well the usage of {} in this context (I have only see them as the equivalent of do..end in blocks).
How does Ruby know that it has to repeat "n" v times?
In this case there is no difference between
raise TypeError.new "#{n} is invalid"
and
raise TypeError, "#{n} is invalid"
The second form is preferable however.
Very good...but what is the interest of TypeError.new compared to TypeError?
...except that Array.new() throws an error if given a negative integer and we need to rescue that as well.
