You: As long as the kata is published, it can get votes and rank suggestions. This will reflect on your honor. Good feedback: increase / bad feedback: decrease. It's not published anymore so as long as it stays in draft, new votes cannot be casted anymore.

Your friends/team/colleagues: you all currently show a behavior that is strongly frown upon. Upvoting each others, obviously biasing the beta process by casting votes that are totally unrealistic and outright wrong considering the QA of the beta process. So if this kind of event becomes somewhat recurrent, some accounts could get restricted in the future, yes.
