Please, check JS. 2nd & 4th tests - point lies on the border. 6th test - point is obviously outside.
"In the tests, the point will never fall exactly on an edge of the polygon". As far as I see, it's not true.
Moreover, when in the tests point is on an edge, answer differs (in 2nd test is true, in 4th - false).
