This solution contains a bug (strngely working though), i misread docs about construct argument 2 (it's array, but i passed it as scalar and surprisingly it passed the tests).

Found also these problems:

1. Solution Setup still has old function name.
2. Closing ?> tag is discouraged in PHP (used in Solution and Solution Setup)
3. Fixed tests have swapped actual and expected parameters, in PHPUnit expected comes first, actual comes second.
