Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Not sure what you're asking, do you mean which rule are you getting wrong? Which test is the seventh test? Easier for people to answer you if you show the output and argue for why it should be your answer instead of the one the test wants. Or if you're wondering what the input was, then I mean ask what the input was, but, you can print that. All around I'm really confused.
You do not have to press any Run button to see "Your test cases" and they are there so everybody can see them! Furthermore it costs nothing to press the Train button:-) I look at a bunch of katas without doing them...
You can always see some fixed tests in "your test cases" as well as data, towns, data1; data1 is used alternatively with data in the random tests.
Input are simply a town and data or data1 and output is even simpler: a float being average or variance.
