Asking for a built-in function is a terrible kata idea, moreover this exact task has already been done before.

I don't know why you people are authoring these low-effort katas, but if this is a task given by your "coding school" or whatever, doing so is not allowed on CW.

Name is: "Create an array", description says: "... returns an array", function name is create_array, but create_array should return a list.
