Memoization will be helpful to make the code run without exploding. BUT, it will not solve the computation. You still need to figure out how to compute it :)

but it is only performing 200 iterations for any test case so how is it giving tle in random cases but not in sample cases as grid size is always same

It sets that as a default argument when it is not provided when called.

Equivalent to the following in Python:

def strongest_even(n,m,q=1):
  pass
